1. Document Requirements for Renting a Camera or Lens:

To rent a camera or lens, we require two original identification documents for verification. Please note that Aadhar Card is mandatory. We accept the following valid documents:

- Voter Card
- Driving License
- Passport (Aadhar card not required)
- Local Residence Proof

2. Equipment Condition:

You confirm that you have received the goods and equipment in perfect working condition. In the event of any breakdown, damage, theft, or loss of the goods or equipment, you are responsible for replacing or repairing the items at your own expense within 72 hours. You are also obligated to continue paying rent for the equipment until it is returned to us.

3. Payment Terms:

Payment for our services is due within 24 hours of use. We offer the flexibility of both online and cash payments for your convenience.

4. Security Deposit Requirements:

For security purposes, we will take a Post Dated Cheque equal to the replacement value of the product, along with your Aadhar Card and a valid ID. Please note that the security deposit does not cover the rental fee but is held to address damages, loss, or mishandling, if any. The Post Dated Cheque will be returned to you upon the safe return of the product without damage. Kindly note that canceled cheques are not accepted as a valid security deposit.

5. Rental Period:

Our rental period spans 24 hours, commencing at 6 AM and concluding the next day at 6 AM. Any period exceeding this duration will be considered as an additional day.

6. Right of Retrieval:

We retain the complete right to retrieve our goods and equipment from your premises, shooting location, or any other location without prior notice.

7. Risk and Responsibility:

Goods and equipment located on your premises or taken to an outstation location are solely at your risk and responsibility once they leave our premises.

8. Cancellation:

Cancellation of a booking will incur a charge equivalent to one shift.

9. Additional Charges:

Conveyance, attendants, and service tax will be billed separately.

10. Final Decision:

Our decisions in all matters are final.

11. Liability: We are not liable for any claims related to damages to your materials used in conjunction with our equipment. We are also not responsible for the loss of footage from recording media or any other reason whatsoever.

12. Delayed Payment: Late payments will incur a 15% monthly charge from the billing date.

13. Representational Images:

Images shown on our site are for representative purposes only and may differ in case of disputes. Any disputes will be subject to our home jurisdiction only.
